AMPR Gifting Suite Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your registering your interest in participating in AMPR’s showroom gifting suite.

Should your gifting request be approved by AMPR, a member of our team will be in contact with further details regarding brand messaging, tags and hashtags.

Before you proceed with your talent posting requirements, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

AMPR Showroom Gifting Requirements

1. By submitting your talent post, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. As a talent participating in our unpaid gifting suite, you are required to create at least one social media static post and one social media instagram story set on your public account promoting the products or services provided by our brand.
3. All content to be in your usual style and tone promoting the client and the campaign in a positive light. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and social media platform policies related to your talent post.
4. Please ensure your post includes all relevant brand tags and hashtags provided by our team.
5. All content to be shared within 7 days of receiving gifted product.
6. Posts to remain live in the talent feed for a minimum of 12 weeks after posting. Stories to remain live for the full 24-hour period.
7. By law, all posts must include the following hashtag to specify that it is a gifted product post – #gifted
8. By submitting your talent post, you grant the brand access to re share your content on their owned social media channels.
9. Participation in our unpaid gifting suite does not entitle you to any monetary compensation from the brand.
10. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our brand, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your talent post.

By submitting your talent post, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

AMPR Loaned Product Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your registering your interest in participating in AMPR’s showroom loan suite.

Should your loan request be approved by AMPR, a member of our team will be in contact with further details regarding brand messaging, tags, hashtags and returns.

Before you proceed with your loan, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

*Please note: as this is a loan, it will need to be returned to AMPR within 7 days of receiving product, unless otherwise discussed with a member of the AMPR team.

AMPR Loan Requirements

1. By submitting your loan request, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. As a talent participating in our loaned gifting suite, you are required to create at least one social media static post and one social media instagram story set on your public account promoting the products or services provided by our brand.
3. All content to be in your usual style and tone promoting the client and the campaign in a positive light. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and social media platform policies related to your talent post.
4. Please ensure your post includes all relevant brand tags and hashtags provided by our team.
5. All content to be shared within 7 days of receiving loaned product.
6. All talent posts are subject to approval by our team before being published. We reserve the right to reject any post that does not meet our guidelines or criteria for quality and appropriateness.
7. Posts to remain live in the talent feed for a minimum of 12 weeks after posting. Stories to remain live for the full 24-hour period.
8. By law, all posts must include the following hashtag to specify that it is a loaned product post – #LoanedbyAMPR
9. All loaned product is required to be returned to AMPR within 7 days of recieving product. Product is to be returned in original state it was loaned in.
10. If a product is damaged during loan, please contact a member of the AMPR team to discuss product compensation.
11. By submitting your talent post, you grant the brand access to re share your content on their owned social media channels.
12. Participation in our loaned gifting suite does not entitle you to any monetary compensation from the brand.
13. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our brand, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your talent post.
