As the sole XY in-house I thought I’d add my bit for the fashion fellas and why not start with a bit of sartorial inspiration courtesy of the web.
Blogs, style-sites etc. are springing up left, right and centre for gents. Some miss the mark but others are bang-on. Today I’m including a few links; one for the modern dandy, one from the street and one for the ‘Retrosexual’.
Street Etiquette comes from JKISSI and Trav, two of the coolest guys ever hailing from NYC. The way they merge street and preppy is awesome and they share advice on styling and altering for the perfect look. Their sense for colour is sublime.
A few of you would be familiar with Imelda, the Despotic Queen of Shoes. Well, Matt Jordan has embarked on a new project, The Style Tyrant chronicling the best street look from Aussie guys. Definitely worth a look and beautifully shot.
Art of Manliness ticks the box as a modern man’s guide to “restring the art of lost manliness”. Aside from style tips such as water-proofing your shoes and breaking in a leather jacket, you too can strut your manly shizzle with tips on jumping from a speeding car and splitting firewood.
